During our face-to-face meeting, we'll discuss your plans, whether they're still in your thoughts or already documented on paper, and begin conversations about timelines, necessary documentation, and how everything will come together. Do some homework and come prepared with inspiration ideas, photos, preferred styles, required functionalities, or any other elements that will aid our design team in crafting the ideal design for you.
We'll then offer a design proposal and a cost estimate (not the final quote). If you wish to proceed, we'll send a preliminary agreement, beginning the design process. Following approval for floor plans & elevations, we'll provide a final cost estimate. We'll refine the quote until it's ready for the construction phase, bearing in mind possible adjustments based on consultant documents like geotechnical reports, structural designs, & BASIX requirements.
Upon acceptance of the quote, we'll proceed with construction plans, BASIX certificate, structural design, and more for CDC or DA submission. Our building designer will handle plan submission and obtain the necessary construction certificate to initiate the building process!
Once all documentation is in hand, we'll complete the quote, sign contracts, and begin the project! We'll mutually agree on a start date, and once construction begins, we'll schedule regular site visits to ensure your satisfaction, provide updates, and accommodate any inclusion changes if desired.
This is where the magic happens! Our expert team begins construction of your stunning new residential or commercial project on the agreed upon date. We make sure to keep you in the loop the entire build and aim to build with minimal disruptions. Our expert team gets to work to make your dream happen.
The long-awaited day has come! We'll hand over the keys to your new home and conduct a walkthrough to ensure everything is in order.
